一場山竹風暴令到全港打工仔怨聲載道,當權者嘅過度迂腐,令事件明明可以做得更好都變得一塌胡塗,着實令人婉惜。既然環境改變唔到,唯有黎鮨一食餐好嘅補償下打完風都要趕返工嘅怨氣。日本真蠔。唔係講笑嘅SIZE,起碼有成隻手掌咁大,食都要分開兩啖!肉質飽滿鮮甜,因為夠厚肉食時滑溜又有適中咸味,奶香同金屬味均衡,好好味。特上錦繡刺身。刺身盤十分豐富有中拖羅/大海蝦/石垣貝/北寄貝/大帶子/深海池魚/油甘魚/馬糞海膽。中拖羅入口唔會即溶,有少少魚肉咬口,邊咀嚼邊滲出油香好滋味。帶子同海蝦都好爽滑鮮甜。同埋師傅保留左帶子嘅裙邊,脆爽嘅口感味道,一啲都唔比帶子肉遜色。加上活北寄貝嘅爽甜,正。池魚同油甘魚。厚切嘅做法最能體現出魚肉本身嘅甘香肥美,味道經過熟成令食落更覺濃郁。石垣貝。味道同赤貝有啲相似,但又相對無咁重。肉質結實最啱係沾上多點芥末及醬油,平衡返個味道。馬糞海膽。金黃色嘅海膽十分誘入,入口奶香幼滑慢慢溶化係口中嘅滋味,覺得返工咁辛苦食到咁正嘅野就乜都值得了。豚肉蒜芯串。幾香口同紮實,蒜芯爽脆配上豚肉嘅油香,唔錯。華味鳥雞心串。返工返到心血少,所以要以形補形。爽口雞心配上燒汁醬咸咸甜甜咁好惹味。華
