打完風,又要繼續番工喇,不過好快又星期五喇,所以緊係要Happy下啦,所以就約埋朋友放工食野飲酒喇~呢間位於蘇豪嘅日西居酒屋,位置唔算太大,不過都坐得舒服嘅首先黎嘅緊係野飲啦,第一杯係Totally Passionate,而呢個雞尾酒仲有好強嘅表演欲添,係黃色嘅雞尾酒上面,漂浮住半個熱情果果皮,果皮上面仲插住咗一大串迷迭香,店員會用打火機燒著迷迭香,沾咗少少酒精嘅迷迭香可以燒好耐,而且仲有陣陣香草味,未飲已經先享受~ 而雞尾酒係用咗酸酸嘅熱情果汁,再加清酒同氊酒,飲落酒精味唔會太重,幾易飲口,有清新嘅熱情果,另伴隨淡淡迷迭香味另一杯係Yakult Dynamate,用大人細路都鍾意飲嘅益力多做底,再配上各款酒,其實加咗其他酒之後,就唔係覺有益力多味,味道偏甜,都係易入口嘅雞尾酒黎,而且仲用咗一枝益力多做裝飾,女士們一定幾鍾意呢個簡直係食日式串燒必嗌嘅菜式黎,餐廳自家新鮮製嘅免治雞肉棒,一啲都唔黏口,而且表面燒得焦焦嘅,可以食到火燒嘅炭香,隔離就配上生蛋黃同醬油,醬油偏鹹,可以叫餐廳落少啲醬油,但係免治雞肉同生蛋黃醬油係好食嘅第二同三個串燒係白鱔同厚切牛舌,鱔同鰻魚雖然係同一樣,但係不同

第二同三個串燒係白鱔厚切牛舌,鱔同鰻魚雖然係同一樣,但係不同在煮法,白鱔嘅魚皮燒得微脆,幾惹味,不過無咗鰻魚汁嘅幫助,味道有啲腥,而且白鱔無好似鰻魚咁將魚骨切碎,所以偶然有一兩條骨。另外厚切牛舌真係好正,雖然厚切,但係一啲都唔韌,仲帶點爽口,食落有濃郁嘅牛香同燒烤香

第四道係廚師推介嘅海虎蝦雞皮卷,故名思義就係先將蝦殼剝開,再幫佢搵上另一件衫,就係薄薄嘅雞皮喇,雞皮燒香帶脆,雞油都滿佈蝦肉,蝦肉爽口彈牙,有雞油滋潤住,所以一啲都唔覺得乾,好惹味啊!!!

第五道係芝士翠玉瓜,外型串得有啲似波板糖,表面被滿滿嘅芝士覆蓋住,咬落係微微爽口,中間嘅部份係軟身濕潤嘅,都可以清一清到味蕾

最後係燒粟米,原條粟米一分為二,表面塗咗大量牛油,所以未食已經可以聞到濃郁嘅牛油香,食落真係重牛油香,而且仲食到粟米香,呢兩者配搭一齊係無可能唔好食嫁!!!
