酸菜魚從風靡香港市民的口味,酸辣酸辣食完都會掛住。今日就黎品嚐一下依間酸菜比魚更好味嘅‘廚十三’。一黎更係上條魚先啦,大盆到嚇親人,其實佢有分量可以選揀,有人數比大家參考,甘就唔晒唔夠食或者食唔晒喇~我地要左小辣同加左4樣配菜:蓮藕、青筍片、寛粉、木耳。魚係桂花魚所以無骨,魚係活魚即劏,切成一片片,入口嫩滑味鮮甜,配埋酸菜一齊食夠晒過癮,酸辣鮮甜美味,一啖接住一啖食唔停口。配菜切得薄保持口感又可以吸到湯汁而入味,寛粉Q彈煙韌吸滿湯汁,食酸菜魚一定唔少得。除左酸菜魚仲有好多涼菜小食,菜名都好特別,要左一個涼菜‘上上籤’同埋小食‘酥炸無臉男’。上上籤裡除左醋酸酸的,仲會麻麻的應該係麻椒,無骨雞爪最入味,口感脆脆的,其他蔬菜都入味爽口好吃。酥炸肉係瘦肉,但咬落鬆軟,外皮酥脆香口,放落酸菜魚浸一浸就會吸滿湯汁,又係另一種風味。再飲返啖酸梅湯中和下又辣又麻的口腔,又可以繼續食鮮味酸菜魚,如果最後黎返碗冰粉就更好。
