Restaurant: Bismillah Kebab House
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於重慶大廈1樓角落裡，橙色裝潢，座位不算多，雖然係重慶裡面，但環境非常清潔；食品亦非常出色驚喜。從大玻璃望入廚房，燒烤爐上掛著2條大肉串(Kebab卡巴)，在香港已經很少見，見到已經垂涎三尺！ 大廚Mr. Shan 都懂得流利廣東話，好攪笑 土耳其卡巴卷+秘製燒汁+飯或薯條卡巴卷包好脆口，內有紫洋蔥、菜、番茄、Kebab(雞/羊)、秘製三款燒汁，因為有大量蔬菜配合口感非常Fresh，加上Kebab雞肉好juice，完全不會乾身，又沒有油膩感覺，午餐時段當飯食，已經好夠；老實說份量足夠2個女仕食。 讚!

卡巴卷包好脆口，內有紫洋蔥、菜、番茄、Kebab(雞/羊)、秘製三款燒汁，因為有大量蔬菜配合口感非常Fresh，加上Kebab雞肉好juice，完全不會乾身，又沒有油膩感覺，午餐時段當飯食，已經好夠；老實說份量足夠2個女仕食。
