今天珊珊心血來朝說要到西貢,我們要找一個好的地方花朝軒,這間秖開了兩個月的酒樓,真的相當雅緻,真是可以風花雪月的好地方,我們叫了一個二人餐!首先來了兩客燉靚湯,真的火喉十足!前菜是花雕話梅蟹腳,份量十足,用上上等的花雕酒浸上皇帝蟹腳,十分入味,我們都停不了口!瑤柱賽螃蟹,蛋白和瑤柱加上蟹肉的鮮甜,令我們再添白飯一碗!最好味的紅燒獅子頭,肉丸的香味熱辣辣,汁很濃很香,做出水準!黃金蛋炒蝦很夠火喉,蝦塗上咸蛋黃炸得很入味!蟲草花翡翠苖夠健康,也很清甜!甜品凍杏仁豆腐花清甜解喝,尤其是杏仁又香又濃,這一餐飯,吃出誠意和吃出水準! I and Sandy are very happy can find such a good Restaurant in Sai Kung, the waiter and the Manager are super Nice and friendly, we love the food and the services in this Restaurant, we think that next time we will come to here on week
