To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說，我昨晚同老婆食咗一間嘅餐廳，係佢發現嘅。佢笑哈哈咁同我講：「啲嘢有啲好嘅，唔好錯過！」 我頓時好奇，心想應該係有啲好嘢發生啦。我地入去睇咗個menu，最吸引眼球嘅就係招牌三色蛋包飯。唔講唔知，食落竟然真係叫人發現新天地。首先，蛋包飯係用三種唔同嘅蛋，分別係雞蛋、鵝蛋同鴨蛋，煎得香口同埋彩色鮮豔，令人睇咗都有食慾。佢哋講味道唔同，但我係屬於唔太識分辨嘅人，不過一齊食落真係有啲微妙嘅層次，唔會覺得悶。而啲飯底係用本地米同埋啲特別調配嘅調味，搭配得啱啱好，每食一口都係滿滿嘅滿足感。唔似啲飯嘅味道好淡好平凡，呢間餐廳真係係飯粒嘅每一個角落都留有美味嘅痕跡。然後就係咖哩豬肉+和牛漢堡蛋包飯。呢個名字聽落就唔使多講，已經好吸引味蕾。啲漢堡肉用嘅係和牛，肉質鮮嫩多汁，啲汁都係留係漢堡內，一咬落去就係滿口嘅肉汁。而咖哩豬肉就係香辣得啱啱好，唔會太濃唔太淡，啱啱好。再加上蛋包飯，真係層次分明，口感豐富。
