To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平安夜泥食，都明白大時大節可能係人多 人手唔夠 會需要等待長啲既時間。但講梗我已經係9點入座，場內都係得番3成人。都可以又慢又漏單，食一樣就吹下一樣上菜。夠膽死叫個二人餐，食到最尾心太軟都食埋，個小食拼盤都唔泥😂野食係好食，但係等咁耐同埋啲職員既態度真係麻麻。有個肥仔店員，成晚好似發夢咁，落單態度唔好 唉聲嘆氣仲搶我本menu 泥睇住食野...都算，仲要坐左陣，第二位再泥叫我落多次單，話頭先無落到😑明明睇住個肥仔寫左野，都唔知落左去邊到。
