To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小妹自細都鍾意食茶餐廳,鍾意佢夠晒貼地😁夠港味今日帶小朋友去太古上興趣班,同老公有1.5小時free time,就黎幫襯下太古分店嘅金記冰室!今日係平日,一到2:00下午茶時間, 已經要等位,生意真係幾好😄沙嗲牛肉公仔麵配 炒蛋 牛油多士~沙嗲牛肉一直都係老公嘅至愛,基本上佢去茶餐廳都必叫,呢度牛肉做得夠滑,沙嗲汁香濃,仲食到粒粒花生碎添👍炒蛋食到牛油香,多士亦焗得夠脆,睇得出係心機之作👍炸魚柳配鮮果沙律~魚柳上枱嘅時候,我已經心心眼😍,個size簡直有兩隻手掌咁大,非常吸睛!證明店家毫不吝嗇👍!而且炸得夠均勻,外脆內軟,非常好食😋呢度嘅蛋撻有酥皮同埋曲奇皮選擇,我揀嘅酥皮充滿牛油香👍推介👍
