To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 元朗鮨文,人氣一直不減,今日終於食到啦,由師父用心逐件差,逐件上碟,仲要全部都是高檔食材。松子金箔蛋:蛋蒸得好玩先甜內裏有元貝冬菇還有金箔係邊成件事係十分豐富。厚切深海池魚:內裏有香蔥,魚油相當高,味道相當鮮甜。三文魚籽壽司:卜卜脆,有厚厚的魚油在你口腔遊來游去,領鮮味持久好耐。甜蝦:大大隻甜蝦,特別加了柚子皮,淡淡清香,甜味滿天飛。日本廣島蠔:手掌咁大嘅生蠔,令到好creamy,小小海水味帶出,口感真係冇得彈。海膽杯:一層又一層嘅海膽,甜到一個點,質感好creamy,海水味非常之重,連埋牡丹蝦絕對係今晚嘅高潮。威士忌蜜瓜:蜜瓜夠鮮甜,帶上濃厚威士忌,帶了又健康又刺激嘅尾聲。今晚嘅晚餐真係好豐富,久不久唔獎勵下自己亦都無妨,原來最新鮮嘅食材配上師傅精心嘅烹調,整件事非常美滿。
