看似有D乾, 肉質不是很嫩那種, 入口帶些少肉汁, 表面有少少鹽吊味, 就咁食其實已經不錯, 
但可以試試配搭兩款醬料一齊食, 喜歡食重口味可以點法國芥末, 而我就較喜歡點味噌, 帶微微既辣, 惹味...

龍蝦面上加左麵豉, 面層被火槍再燒過, 令半溶麵豉附於面層同時唔會令龍蝦肉咁乾。
龍蝦肉keep到原汁原味, 麵豉唔會完全cover哂龍蝦肉鮮甜味, 麵豉份量掌握得很好!
