To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知點解譚仔係有一種無法抗拒嘅味道有時係歐洲去旅行食得西餐多會突然好掛住食米線久唔久 我會同同事們一齊食譚仔放題放題意思係要點哂譚仔所有小食例如有尖椒皮蛋 土匪雞翼 蒜泥白肉 樣樣都好惹味呢三樣係必點！！！！！譚仔湯底之中酸辣係食得最「舒服」原因係辣又唔係好大辣嗰隻又可以治下辣癮有時太辛辣食唔到其他嘢 流哂鼻水 食到好辛苦咁就唔好了！！！一人一碗米線再配我最鍾意既墨丸幾碟小食 share 食一杯凍檸茶少冰清哂 認真滿足呢！
