To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友出去食午餐，我點左個過橋米線套餐，$44（所謂的套餐，竟然唔包餐飲:-/）真係超大碗，超足料:-)個麵有:米線，芽菜，好多的豬肉，雞肉，腩肉片，白魚蛋，牛丸，火腿，豆卜…而且仲附加左一d炸醬同鹹酸菜，炸醬好好味，甜甜的。:-) 但鹹酸菜我可能食唔慣，覺得味道好怪，接受唔到。:-(而我就點左酸辣湯底$+1，個湯底顏色有d似清湯（我仲以為人家比錯），味道是偏酸，但不辣。但唯一美中不足的是，跟餐飲要加$7，覺得價錢唔係好合埋我食晒d配料已經超飽，d米線就食唔晒:-o真係大碗到唔信，好抵食
