To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

揾食肥華，講咗幾拾年，食海南雞飯個重點，唔喺嗰碟雞而喺嗰碗油飯，但近呢二三拾年，香港人以食得健康，為大前題，已經好難食到一碗，夠油，夠香，嘅油飯。7月2日揾食肥華和靚媽，就在此店下午茶時段，衹須$45，就食到個，雞肉靚，油飯正，碗湯好嘅，海南雞飯套餐，及口水雞飯套餐，真喺滿心歡喜，加埋追加個碟，$2O嘅檸檬酸辣雞腳，口感特別味道亦唔差，呢餐如果唔喺，此店啲侍應員工，講嘢太啤呢爸啦，發出高分配量聲量，此店應值👍👍👍👍👍
