剛到日本10天遊,因為是窮遊的關係,沒有天天吃高級的和牛,只有一餐吃了燒肉放題!正在回味香噴噴的牛舌之際,朋友就約食日本菜,大家都係食咗當去咗:日本!牛禪在銅鑼灣區算是高級的日本菜,地方闊落,裝修別緻,特別喜歡那座達磨,好像來吃個飯都能沾上一點幸運。每張餐桌都很寬敞,可以放滿食物影靚相的那種效果,而且抽油煙做得不錯,不會吸到一身燒肉味。是日由朋友發板,刺身、燒肉、銅物、海鮮樣樣都有點,一場來到,吃得盡興一點!我們吃的4款前菜我最喜歡是「和風有機番茄」和「日本燒蕃薯」,「和風有機番茄」是新鮮番茄配上黑醋汁,再加上切幼粒洋蔥,吃下去又爽口又醒胃。而「日本燒蕃薯」一向都是賣飛佛,細細粒蕃薯外脆內軟,蕃薯肉香甜軟熟,去到邊間日本餐廳都想食!由於本人不吃魚,刺身方面都給朋友包辦,我就Focus在海膽身上,日本海膽不算大Size但充滿鮮味,而且份量都好足,應該有完整一板,算是抵食!用紫菜包著海膽,滿口都是濃郁的海水味,十分滿足!終於等到我最期待的燒物環節,第一件事燒我最喜歡的「土佐燒蟹蓋」,這款蟹蓋在日本吃得多,基本上所有市場都有賣,但多數都是冷盤,而且是一味的咸,在牛禪吃的這個蟹蓋,卻是另有一番
