To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔米線呢度，一睇價錢，💰40-50 蚊一份，價錢都算唔貴，好抵食。今次我點咗酸辣味小辣嘅米線。嗰個酸同辣嘅融合，好完美，就好似一對默契十足嘅舞伴，喺我嘅舌尖上翩翩起舞。嗰個辣唔會嗆到你，但又夠嗆辣夠過癮，酸又酸得好清新，襯托出米線嘅爽滑。同我一齊嘅舍友都讚不絕口，直頭話呢個味道太上頭喇，每食一口都覺得超帶勁，根本停唔到口。除咗米線，一定要試下佢哋嘅爆汁魚蛋！魚蛋嘅口感超彈牙，爽口得嚟又有嚼勁，而且味道好濃郁，每一口都充滿住魚嘅鮮味。
