窩夫與閨蜜日前相約在「紅館」吃晚飯,此「紅館」不在紅磡在中環,推介給附近的上班族。點了原價1288元,限時推廣價699元的六道菜晚市二人套餐。第一道菜沙律有兩款選擇,點齊兩款來分享。巴馬火腿蜜瓜沙律的顏色吸引,巴馬火腿軟身不太鹹。熱帶風情海蝦青瓜沙律酸酸辣辣,海蝦彈牙,青瓜爽脆。第二道菜是南瓜忌廉湯,用暖的碗盛湯,湯夠熱,厚度適中,味道香甜,水準之作。第三道菜香辣低溫慢煮雞胸巴東汁扁意麵一上桌已經香氣撲鼻,以一人份來說份量很足,巴東汁惹味帶微辣,比常吃的茄汁和白汁等更有特色。第四道菜的其中一款是茴香魚高湯煮海鱸魚,海鱸魚大大塊又厚肉,肉質嫩滑,煮法健康不油膩。另一款是紅館姜母鴨,一定要相機食先,招牌菜果然有驚喜,鴨髀做到皮脆肉嫩,碟旁的香橙杏脯果醬將鴨的味道提升到另一個層次。第五道菜是兩款甜品,芒果拿破崙的酥皮鬆脆,吉士醬不算多,不甜不膩。鮮果芝士撻細細件很可愛,撻底做得出色,芝士偏流質,香濃幼滑。第六道菜是餐飲,閨蜜點了Cappuccino,喝後表示滿意。窩夫點了洋甘菊茶,很大壺呢。
