To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日心血來潮，決定去試下呢間Food2既菜。講真，我對啲炸魚柳拼雞扒早餐都有啲expectation，點知真係驚喜到我！炸魚柳外皮炸得啱啱好，唔會油膩，脆卜卜嘅聲音真係太過癮😍；至於雞扒，肉質嫩滑，入口即溶。茄汁豆同多士，都係standard款，但與熱騰騰既飲品一齊享用，真係幾滿足。晚餐就揀咗玫瑰油雞叉燒飯。叉燒肉味甜美，肉嘅邊緣略帶焦香，啖啖肉感十足；雞肉就保持咗鮮嫩，淋上嗰層玫瑰油，香得嚟唔覆，非常惹味👍。飯粒分明，完全配合到主菜嘅風味。仲有个英式早餐，講起隻蓄茄真係好出彩，新鮮又味美，太陽蛋雖然微微老，但仍溏心，同多士來個完美match。厚切嘅麥包多士，正宗健康feel。佢哋隻bacon和白肉腸，脂香四溢，係早晨增加一點點正能量👅。飽餐一頓，開啟充滿活力嘅一天。
