To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時周末添好運勁多人,特意選咗上班時間過嚟嘆返嗰早茶,我同同事兩個人胃口細,叫咗幾個小點,包括菠菜餃、燒賣、牛肉丸、腐皮卷;因為唔算係大熱招牌,真正來到要食好嘢應該點下腸粉、糯米雞、蝦餃、菠蘿包等等之類嘅!不過我哋比較趕時間,等位太耐,唯有求其點幾樣簡單嘅嚟食下;菠菜餃里面蝦夠滑嫩,加上菠菜之后嘅葷素搭配有提鮮效果,食起嚟唔會覺得油膩,不過味道有d淡,口感影響咗小小喇;燒賣同埋牛肉丸嘅水準穩定,爽口多汁又彈牙;腐皮卷有d老,食落比較油膩,味道一般;伙記嘅上菜速度好快,一點完隔兩分鐘就幾乎上完了,我哋餓鬼投胎咁塞嗮入肚就拿拿聲埋單走人,總感覺味道一般般,無特別吸引同驚喜啰,下次有機會仲係有時間再嚟慢慢嘆啦!
