秋風起又係食大閘蟹嘅季節,見到富豪酒家推出左個大閘蟹宴,就約齊朋友去食!必食嘅係生拆大閘蟹粉翅,真係好好食,鮮味!用上陽澄湖大閘蟹製作,質素有保證!而且呢道餸絕對係心機菜,蟹膏要先爆香,蟹粉都係現炒,整出嚟味道甘香又鮮甜,好想食多碗寫明嘅大閘蟹每隻有約6兩重,真係好大隻,打開蟹蓋蟹香四溢,蟹黃同蟹膏都好多,蟹膏顏色金黃,賣相好得,口感粘而甘香,蟹肉肥美鮮甜生煎薑蔥鹽香雞都好出色,用上本地生鮮雞雞皮煎得好科口,肉質嫩滑,又有薑蔥味道,變得更惹味,唔錯啊!呢度菜都好適合去食,因為大閘蟹屬寒食物,食返啲有薑嘅
