喺半島酒店享用晚餐,食嘅唔單止係食物,重有享受環境同服務❤️The Lobby有現場音樂演奏,歌手獻唱🎤,好有氣氛。今次被安排坐得較近位置,其實有少少嘈,同朋友傾計不自覺咁大聲咗dd😅食物方面:Starter: 🔸章魚沙律配烤時令蔬菜、橄欖、羅勒松子醬章魚片唔韌,加上酸酸嘅沙律汁之後,係開胃嘅頭盤🔸傳統法式肉批配醃磨菇、青菜沙律厚切肉批屬於冷盤,雖然啖啖係肉,但一d都唔覺得膩Main course:🔸烤豬柳及豬腩肉配椰菜花三款(燒、蓉、薄片)豬柳拼豬腩肉,賣相精緻,味道正常Dessert:🔸黑加侖子千層蛋糕配檸檬楓樹糖醬忌廉及杏仁脆脆食到最後都飽飽地,滿以為甜品會好「漏」,但呢個黑加侖子千層蛋糕帶點酸,反而味道更好,唔覺唔覺就食晒😋

Starter:
🔸章魚沙律配烤時令蔬菜、橄欖、羅勒松子醬
章魚片唔韌,加上酸酸嘅沙律汁之後,係開胃嘅頭盤

🔸傳統法式肉批配醃磨菇、青菜沙律
厚切肉批屬於冷盤,雖然啖啖係肉,但一d都唔覺得膩

Main course:
🔸烤豬柳及豬腩肉配椰菜花三款(燒、蓉、薄片)
豬柳拼豬腩肉,賣相精緻,味道正常

Dessert:
🔸黑加侖子千層蛋糕配檸檬楓樹糖醬忌廉及杏仁脆脆
食到最後都飽飽地,滿以為甜品會好「漏」,但呢個黑加侖子千層蛋糕帶點酸,反而味道更好,唔覺唔覺就食晒😋
