To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行開去土瓜灣附近,感覺有啲肚餓,周圍去搵嘢食,上咗欣榮商場一樓,見到有間睇食物相好健康嘅餐廳,就入咗去試吓我叫咗一個窩蛋鮮茄豬潤牛肉麵,因為豬膶賣晒,所以轉左雞肉但味道都唔錯,食完感覺健康左米線份量都好大碗,店舖選擇將湯底及配料同米線分開放,客人可以選擇食幾多就落幾多米線去個湯度,而且亦可防止米線浸得太淋,破壞米線嘅口感不過呢個動作,對於食得比較慢嘅人來講就唔係咁好啦,因為米線咁樣分開放會好容易吹凍,就冇咁好食

米線份量都好大碗,店舖選擇將湯底及配料同米線分開放,客人可以選擇食幾多就落幾多米線去個湯度,而且亦可防止米線浸得太淋,破壞米線嘅口感

不過呢個動作,對於食得比較慢嘅人來講就唔係咁好啦,因為米線咁樣分開放會好容易吹凍,就冇咁好食
