朋友早年移民加拿大,今個月返嚟香港放暑假,佢係上海人又係住喺美孚,所以我就揀咗美孚廣場三樓既「東海滬」我好少踏足美孚,都唔知道原來有間不錯的滬式食府。裝修時尚休閒、感覺既傳統又新派。四人套餐都係四百幾蚊,好抵食!我哋叫咗套餐再加啲特色小食,店員服務有熱誠,推介了招牌菜揚州肴肉肴肉其實即係豬肉,絕對係滬江既佳餚之一,要有一手精練的烹調方法,肉凍色澤紅嫩,很誘人吧!清而不膩,肉凍口感爽又帶煙韌,晶瑩剔透又薄又滑的豬肉凍。體驗真正上海味道,當然唔少得小揚多汁生煎包啦係我嘅”飛佛”點心之一。最吸引我的唔單止皮薄肉鮮,最最最緊要就係湯汁多到爆出來,底部仲煎成金黄色,非常脆口,果然上海福到春卷 $35真係食手工都唔止,極之講究的師傅手藝先可以做得好,店長說肯定第二道食唔到咁有空氣感又甘脆嘅春卷套餐組合有江南京菜,六款可以揀兩款,我梗係揀王牌嘅雞絲粉皮啦!同埋推介嘅湯羹,上枱熱辣辣的酸辣湯,入口順滑,筍絲條同埋豆腐有咬口。精美小菜有黃金蝦仁,蛋黃炒真係香到不得了,加上彈牙的蝦仁,好味到停唔到口以前屋企樓下有上海舖,每次去到一定會叫一個客飯,菜式就係韮菜鱔糊口味真係好似當年食嗰啲咁,夠晒懷舊又正宗。東

最後當然係要食甜品啦!金陵驢打滾仲要兩份
糯米皮很煙韌,難得的是甜度適中,老人家吃不會過甜,甜而不膩。味道跟口感都不錯!
