Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次黎食澳門咖喱王新鮮腩好多時行過都見到距門口寫住有好多得獎名菜，招牌菜，必食大廚推介，馳名咖喱......好似樣樣都唔食唔得甘餐廳牆上面既階磚裝飾令茶餐廳多左一種金碧輝煌既感覺，餐廳唔算好大，坐位間隔都唔算太闊落睇黎香港同澳門都無一幸免地面對地少人多既問題今次黎試下距依個獲獎川醬干炒牛河先干炒牛河加川醬炒，我印象中應該都係我第一次食，唔知有幾辣都係穩陣啲嗌bb辣先用既河粉係我鐘意既幼河粉成碟好夠鑊氣葱，洋葱，芽菜，蘿蔔絲依啲配料都幾多，令到軟滑既河粉多左一重爽脆既口感油既份量都岩岩好，唔会成碟都油淋淋，亦唔会乾爭爭樣樣都幾好，不過有少少貴，但貴得黎好食
