朋友嚟電話話搵倒一間日本餐廳好正,我心諗:「又係咁喇唔會太期望。」點知一落筷,我個嘴角就冇得收口喇🍣!我哋叫咗幾款招牌:旭川丼飯、燒三文魚腩同活赤貝。每樣都唔錯,用心烹調嘅味道,真係少見!旭川丼飯真係驚艷到我,其實食材簡單,有鮮甜海膽🐟、肥美甜蝦同蟹籽,但就係個配搭之巧妙,令全部食材嘅味道層次分明,又唔會亂嚟。燒三文魚腩烤到啱啱好,外層微微焦香,內裡肉質保持濕潤。青瓜絲嘅加入,爽口得嚟中和咗啲油膩感,啱曬我口味。活赤貝呢,真係難得一試。口感爽脆得嚟,完全無海水味,透明度足以見到新鮮。今次食得好滿足,完全冇間斷咁讚口"噢,好味呀..."我好鍾意呢種質樸又鮮美嘅美食體驗。對於想試下地道又唔肉赤嘅食客嚟講,真係一個實在好選擇👍!下次我仲想再嚟一轉,可能會試下其他嘢喎,睇吓仲有乜嘢驚喜未發掘😋!
