阿妹回港過年,一直嚷著要吃浜燒,因為看到我和爸媽之前吃的照片超級妒忌~~一找之下原來諾士佛台有另一間新開的"九井"也主打浜燒,上次那間在街尾,這間在街頭。蟹籽沙律 $48先點一份沙律佢為前菜,爽甜多汁的青瓜絲與蟹籽,混入bb沙律醬就是絕配,沒可能難食吧!十種串燒盛盒 $238一客有齊十款串燒,4人share剛剛好~安格斯牛柳牛味濃,肉嫩多汁~大蔥雞肉,大蔥燒到十分香口,一咬下就爆汁!粟米清甜充滿牛油香浜燒四人前 $988包括鮑魚,北海道扇貝,日本蠔,松葉蟹腳,波士頓龍蝦。六時後惠顧送飲品及蟹噌甲羅燒~蟹腳份量很多,店員為送上一碟後再送上,每件都粗長多肉,肉也嫩,有咸咸的海水味~最愛大蟹鉗,啖啖肉又鮮味!然後是波士頓龍蝦,肉也不少,熟度剛好,嫩滑彈牙,鮮味十足!鮑魚鮮甜甘香,中間帶點煙un感~大扇貝不少得,加入清酒去燒煮,酒味很濃,也把扇貝的鮮味也帶出來~熟度剛好,裙邊也能輕易咀嚼~蟹噌甲羅燒把蟹膏,清酒,味琳,蟹籽,蔥,蛋等材料釀到蟹蓋中再燒至熟~由於用上整顆雞蛋黃,這甲羅燒比較濃稠,啖啖甘香蟹膏,塗上多士上吃,口感味道都滿分!用多士比威化杯好得多,多士不會很快變腍,也與蟹膏味道很搭
