To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為譚仔粉絲的我一向都係在九龍區朝聖，今次剛巧入嚟屯門探朋友，見到有譚仔，咁啱又係午餐時間當然唔會錯過啦。朋友話呢間譚仔喺屯門區嚟講都算比較新，試過之後我就覺得，服務畀九龍區嘅譚仔呀姐好，味道方面都是一樣啦。我自己本人每次都係食酸辣口味，要知道一間譚仔味道出唔出色，一定要睇酸辣才知道佢嘅口味有冇分別，加上今次同友人一齊午膳就可以嗌多個小食，就係土匪雞翼喇，這裏的土匪雞翼尚算出色，焗得個雞翼皮好香脆，同埋肉質都幾juicy，如果下次去開屯門，譚仔都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。
