To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實本身大家樂都冇話好唔好食,不過每次我黎呢度食野,都會食得好開心,食下午茶餐既油雞或燒味瀨或粉面每次都好足料,早餐又大大份,我真係覺得唔寫唔得!今次我食既係佢既一個酥皮湯配板燒雞牛柳。牛柳好好味,好JUICY兼軟熟,一點都唔鞋。至於雞就普通啦!但牛柳真係好回味。佢係牛柳條!仲有配埋幾塊薄餅之類既皮,生菜,俾你包住D 料黎食。配料仲有粟米,仲有芝士,牛油,仲有一些醬料,就咁食又好味,用個皮包住食又好好味!呢款食物真係幾創新,好味又好玩!大家都可以去試下!
