To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

預祝父親節，今年特別少少唔食中菜，走去同屋企人去食泰國菜。餐廳嘅菜式選擇夠多，味道好，而且仲好抵食。 加上環境乾淨企理，老闆安排咗樓上閣樓位置，私人空間十足，人多去包場一流，侍應招呼亦週到。 下次再有聚會必定再去。椰汁雞湯 - 酸味辣味夾得剛剛好無骨鳳爪海鮮炒金邊粉炒通菜柚子沙律青檸燒牛肉 - 啖啖肉，肉質軟滑又夠肉味鹽燒鰂魚 - 唔多骨，肉非常滑黃咖喱軟殼蟹 - 咖喱味道好香，軟殼蟹夠多，而且個包索咗啲汁好正小食拼盤司奄
