To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時真係好容易走馬看花原來唔使一定放題先食到炸蠔而且金兜亦能感受到國際色彩吉列廣島蠔忌廉意粉 $40吉列脆皮炸得金黃色的炸皮乾身放在忌廉意粉上令人期待興奮不已切開炸蠔炸皮卡啦卡啦聲的分開見到原隻蠔雖然細細隻勝在證明真材實料脆口炸皮中帶有軟腍富海水味既蠔雖說未見肥美但味道絕對有水準配上creamy濃濃奶香忌廉意粉鹹與甜都能感受到芝士菠菜雲吞忌廉意粉 $40忌廉意粉同上唔多講雲吞芝士味濃張口感強熱烘烘咁食效果更佳配上菠菜菜香鮮味十足西方色彩滿滿中國有韭菜餃子西方多用菠菜沾上忌廉汁芝士與奶味道更濃郁吸引鮮茄肥牛焗飯 $30茄醬主要鹹加帶酸少甜似餅乾中的雜菜香精味飯使用了珍珠米十分軟腍沾上醬汁鹹味中有顯著的甜味另外由於上碟器皿大醬汁同好多肥牛鋪滿面食到一半都仲有好多肥牛~蛋花肥牛泡飯 $23肥牛肉汁融入湯裡鹹鹹味道中又有菜芯菜水甜美觧味蛋花雖然無特別味道但為菜式添幾分姿色清新簡單既鮮味令人有種莫名其妙的被治癒感
