To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得去開基隆街，正苦惱食咩野做晚餐。居然俾我搵到間茶記，門外仲有大量魚類菜式，二話不說就入去食。侍應服務很好，即使兩人亦安排卡位俾我地。入到去當然馬上嗌左一個咸檸蒸烏頭同八珍豆腐煲，仲左兩枝啤酒，食小菜當然要飲啤酒。點知食到一半，聽到幾枱都問緊一個隱藏菜式-京都雞扒。生存左咁耐第一次聽到京都居然係雞扒，於是決定加碼叫埋呢個。後來聽姐姐說原來京都豬扒變成京都雞扒來自一個偶然既機會，咁岩沒豬扒就叫客人改雞扒，點知就變成一個隱藏菜式，人人黎到都要叫京都雞扒。不得不說，呢間餐廳相當足料，八珍豆腐煲勁多彈牙既蝦。估唔到60元既小菜可以有咁多海鮮。咸檸蒸烏頭既咸檸汁亦相當開胃，而京都雞扒更加讚不絕口，雞肉既滑嫩配上京都汁真係無話可說。叫左咁多野食同飲品，才2xx，一個字：抵。
