To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋日(3-7-2013 Wed)朝同男友起身返工前一齊落荃灣食早餐,去邊o度食好呢?佢話太興.我o地o黎到o岩o岩所有枱都有人,我o地坐o係其中一邊,男友要$30.00o既火腿通粉拼香滑炒蛋配鬆脆多士,飲熱奶茶.我要$30.00o既雪菜肉絲湯米,拼北歐火腿配鬆脆多士,都係飲熱奶茶.獅耐,奶茶到o黎,好夠熱,不過茶味都係偏淡.然後男友o既香滑炒蛋配鬆脆多士到o黎,睇到件多士好燶 ,o係最後我貪得意食蘸奶茶,雪菜肉絲湯米o既湯同火腿通粉o既湯食,都食到佢燶到苦o既味道 ,而炒蛋係嫩有蛋汁.之後我o既北歐火腿配鬆脆多士到o黎,我呢件多士就唔夠燶,攪咩o野? 不過呢個熱,所以我即塗牛油食,都脆口o既.之於所謂北歐火腿,食唔出同普通火腿有乜分別啦.而我o既雪菜肉絲湯米都到o黎,睇都睇到份量唔多 ,男友見米粉'曲曲'地,佢就試吓,佢話幾好味,彈彈地牙,雪菜肉絲味道唔係咁夠,食到有啲啲辣味,而味精湯好飲.最後男友o既火腿通粉到o黎,呢個都係正正常常咁啦.味道係2.5分服務:每放低一樣o野都提醒客人小心.環境:因為入去坐低後,覺得冷氣開得幾大,所以叫熱奶茶.其他:會自動畀細細件o既牛油我o地,

因為入去坐低後,覺得冷氣開得幾大,所以叫熱奶茶.

會自動畀細細件o既牛油我o地,男友一啲都唔塗落件多士,亦原封不動冇開到,我就問男友,可唔可以畀返佢o地,從而收少我o地$1.00?到佢o地收o野時,我見亞姐冇理到就將佢一樣係當食物殘渣咁處理,而唔係攏返入廚房,我覺得好o徙囉.
