To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信區外的人很少會到這兒來覓食，我也是到附近的政府門診求診，才發現這粥麵店。點的是豬紅艇仔粥，售價$25。粥是熱騰騰的，這點很重要，夠熱的粥才好吃，而且因為點的是艇仔粥，夠熱，才能令免治牛肉由生變熟。這粥不但夠熱，而且粥底綿滑。至於粥裏面的食材，也令人滿意，除了免治牛肉，還有魷魚、豬皮等食材，全都味道好，份量多，特別想一讚粥裏面的免治牛肉，顏色粉嫩，可見十分新鮮。總括來說，這粥食材豐富味道好，而且價錢大眾化，路過的話值得一試。
