打邊爐達人既我,經常周圍去各間火鍋店,今次去旺角揀咗食「喜鍋」,好彩有訂枱,因為平日竟然都上下層全場滿座。打邊爐d配醬一樣咁重要,呢到有好多選擇,啱哂我。前菜叫咗「日式胡麻冰菜」,第一次食呢個菜,非常爽口好味,口感好特別,我覺得都非常值得點,好味健康嘅推介!!另外必食之選「蟹籽墨魚油炸鬼」,果然係必食,即叫即整,所以送到黎好脆好香口,配埋蟹籽墨魚彈牙,好味!!超鍾意食牛頸脊嘅我,叫哂兩款牛頸脊,「手切本地牛頸脊」同「頂級安格斯牛頸脊」,叫個細嘅份量已超多,非常抵食!!本地個隻雪花個d,軟身d;安格斯少d雪花,有咬口有口感d。兩隻牛味都濃,同雪花紋平均,一睇個色同紋已知靚材料,兩隻我都好鍾意,好味推介!!
