To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友行完街黎左九龍灣嘅茶木分店食野。見到佢個餐牌有好多都係期間限定嘅野食，我地就揀左呢款滿杯珍珠鐵觀音奶茶，佛手柑水果茶，軟殼螌龍蝦汁手作麵，古早杏鮑三杯雞同埋草莓香草蜜糖歐軟磚塊。軟殼蟹龍蝦汁手作麵，手作麵嘅麵質好出色，彈牙得黎又好軟滑。軟殼蟹非常香脆，入面好juicy, 而且有兩大舊，份量十足架！古早杏鮑三杯雞，配左紅燒湯底米粉。三杯雞味道濃郁，惹味。杏鮑菇好入味，好爽口。米粉好彈牙，吸左啲湯汁好好味呀！套餐配左小食鹽酥雞同埋珍珠奶茶味雪糕！鹽酥雞非常香脆可口，奶茶味雪糕有黑糖味，非常香濃。草莓香草蜜糖歐軟磚塊，磚塊每舊都好香脆，加埋草莓同吉士醬，甜甜地，唔會好膩。飲品方面，珍珠奶茶入面啲珍珠非常彈牙，好有咬口。水果茶好大壺，入面好多水果，非常足料！
