To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冰室係香港人嘅集體回憶,好味道既冰室越嚟越少,今次去左試金記冰室,太古一岀地鐵站就係,十分方便每次行過都人山人海,唔通真係咁好食?今次終於的起心肝排隊去試下~佢間鋪頭嘅設計係新派設計但係就用懷舊主題,令人好有親切感。同朋友叫咗彷鮑魚絲火腿通粉,招牌鮮牛肉米粉,兩份餐都配雙蛋牛油多士和飲品,再叫多一隻地道霸王雞~~~彷鮑魚絲火腿通粉份量都幾多,而且味道鮮甜, 將煎蛋篤村撈埋個湯,令到成個通粉更加濃郁香醇,好味道!多士表面已經塗了一層薄薄的牛油,有點鹹香味,一定要趁熱食~~招牌鮮牛肉米粉嘅質素亦都非常高 牛肉都大塊的,湯嘅味道同個米粉融合得很, 米粉本身亦都唔會煮得好淋,非常有口感,唔錯唔錯。地道霸王雞,這個霸王雞真的是兒時味道! 而且雞很香滑,連嫩雞胸肉也很好吃 霸王雞另一個主角係薑蔥絲,見圖都知道薑蔥絲不馬虎。味道少少鹹鹹哋,令人開胃,很適合送飯。
