To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔係其中一間我食極都唔厭嘅餐廳 佢除咗好抵食之外 佢啲酸菜同肉醬亦都好好食每一次我食完之後都會想叫夥記幫我添d過橋米線套餐係我差唔多每一次都會點嘅set 因為我通常都會同人哋share 而呢個餐就啱啱好夠兩個人食 除咗平啲之外 過橋米線套餐仲可以一次試曬唔同嘅配料 滿足我呢啲心大心細唔成日都知揀咩餸嘅人點解我會話譚仔食極都厭? 原因係因為佢啲湯底有好多唔同嘅辣同辣度可以畀你選擇 雖然每一次都食同一個set 但係當個湯底辣度唔同嘅時候 每一次食仍然會覺得好有新鮮感 越食越滋味!
