To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時間經過, 2人叫左==============================1. 麵包一個: 全餐最好食2. 甜椒濃湯: 但上錯牛尾湯, 而且味道一般3. Caesar Salad: 味道一般4. 炸雞薯條: 等左20分鐘再問先知冇落單, 店員連唔好意思都冇講句5. 飲品兩杯: OK==============================全場得兩台客, 但可以錯漏百出, 唔好意思都冇講句, 明顯員工訓練不足。呢間野價錢唔平, 服務質素卻完全跟不上。唔會再有下次。
