To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物不俗可惜員工態度差劣

本人係呢頭附近返工既打工仔，深知呢度附近冇咩好食，但呢間開張後個個讚不絕口大力推薦，因此黎試下早餐既煎焗蛋落單時，本人依照餐單上的食物逐一點選亦說得十分清晰，但早更同事似乎冇心栽在在覆單時多番錯漏，差啲出錯一張貴單而本人要求唔好意思想更正返個正確內容時時佢竟表現出態度十分不耐煩的樣子，我看了一看，早餐時段同場客人根本不多，假如是本人的關係導致耽誤了其他客人這我可以理解亦深表抱歉但明明就不多客人而且是因為員工不留心聽客人的落單才會導致延誤最後份餐係幾好味，蛋滑嫩易入口，但令人感到失望的是才開業不久，員工的態度已如此有問題，難以想象之後會點
