秘魯菜係香港唔算話係好熱門既菜式,但總有一班支持者,今日去左月街 - Chullschick第二分店,一嘗秘魯菜風味ASU MARE用上秘魯紫粟米汁,皮斯可酒(Pisco),也被稱為香水白蘭地,蛋白,青檸,熱情果調製而成,味道酸酸甜甜,幾得意,好有秘魯特色既一杯cocktailPERUVIAN BEEF EMPANADA 秘魯特色牛肉餡餅 ,餡入面有免治牛肉、雞蛋、上面仲有阿根廷青醬、洋蔥碎,味道係有d似食緊咖喱角,香口又惹味SALCHIPOLLO有招牌秘魯烤雞¼隻、香腸、薯條、再加上茄汁、黑松露沙律醬,個烤雞我就覺得比較老,雞肉有d榎,薯條亦都淋左,有點失望PERUVIAN CHURROS WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE 秘魯油炸鬼配朱古力醬,上面加左d椰絲,仲有焦糖香蕉係底,味道唔錯整體既味道不過不失,而個位置係月街,好岩同朋友飲杯野,食d野既好地方

有招牌秘魯烤雞¼隻、香腸、薯條、再加上茄汁、黑松露沙律醬,個烤雞我就覺得比較老,雞肉有d榎,薯條亦都淋左,有點失望
