To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度夜晚dinner set都好抵食咁 百幾蚊 有湯有野飲有甜品 經過就試下啦當晚叫左一個dinner set 肉眼扒 $158 再加個seafood risotto 配tomato sauce 仲叫埋水牛城雞翼肉眼扒都幾嫩 幾juicy 百幾蚊黎講都叫有驚喜 仲有新鮮即炸薯格 熱辣辣😋 有西蘭花 豆角做配菜 如果有多幾個汁比人簡會好點 當日配既係黑椒汁 Seafood risotto 入面既海鮮有蝦 魷魚 魚肉青口仔 可以配忌廉汁/蕃茄汁 我個人中意酸甜蕃茄 就簡左後者啦 risotto 口感幾好 唔會太硬 水牛城雞翼辣辣地好開胃 唔錯👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼呢度仲有唔同既酒比人簡 當晚飲左兩杯白酒 兩個人食左$500 係好飽！唯一不足係冷氣太弱 大熱天時黎到食野出曬汗
