To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

先寫寫食物，是正常自助午餐的食物，沒有昂貴的食材，凍海鮮是普通蟹腳翡翠螺熟青口之類，正正常常。沙律吧也是正正常常，其他麵檔壽司吧等我無食，沒有評語。要讚的是熟食。肉類做得很好，尤其那個巴西烤肉，又香又嫩，味道很好。另外要讚的是那煲白粥，信我，試兩口，綿綿的又重米香，不用添加任何咸菜，在吃完很多味濃的東西後來半碗。正。講完食物，必須盛讚員工，很久也沒有在香港食肆遇到禮貌員工。不是個別員工，是全場的員工也很有禮貌。點名讚讚切燒肉那位，切個肉也會跟你打招呼，介紹舊肉。很久很久沒試過了。
