由餐牌上見到有latte smoothie w/vanilla ice cream, 便滿心高興地叫了一杯，可惜換來只是失望，原來是假的，並無任何ice cream, 便立即向服務員查詢，結果是一向都無ice cream提供。請問這是什麼服務態度？？？！又可以投訴不符合商品條例呢！？
