To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來對呢間餐廳印象幾好,食物質素中上。但係今日發生嘅事就令我終身唔會再食。本身我地兩個人入到去,有個待應見我地孭住大背囊,叫我地坐個四人卡位。坐低左,我地即刻點左餐。點知等左幾個字都未到。然後有個啊姐走個黎迫我地坐埋一邊,話出面有人等緊,首先態度已經係差,呢個唔洗講。你呢頭個待應先話想我地舒服啲叫我地兩人坐四人卡位,轉個頭隔一陣又話有人命令我畀人搭枱。你一早咁講我就坐去個二人位啦。之後等足四個字我地先追單,有個中年男職員竟然話無落,叫我地落過。咁我唔火就奇啦,落左單四個字你先話無,你唔係追究返頭先邊個落,點解會落漏,亦唔係講唔好意思,係話:落過啦!三個字。於是我同我朋友起身走,我朋友話呢間野痴線架。個男職員竟然鬧我朋友,話:你講乜X野呀!? 呢個男職員係中年阿叔,有少少白髮,我唔明點解餐廰會請咁既人返黎倒米。食野態度重於一切,話之你幾好食,用粗口鬧客一定不可接受,我唔會再食呢間野,亦呼籲所有市民晤好幫襯!
