To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二訪本原純素。第1次到訪係今年年初平日嘅時候黎,知道佢哋時不時都會轉menu,所以今次就黎試下新菜式。今次整體嘅份量比上次少,而且價錢偏貴。紅白腰豆羽衣甘藍貓耳麵 ($118)原本對呢款麵冇咩期望,點知食落超好食,好有驚喜。入口有香濃嘅椰汁味,貓耳麵即係貓耳形嘅意粉,吸哂醬汁嘅香味,意粉嘅配料有藜麥、紅腰豆、羽衣甘藍等,惟一不足係份量超小 (隻碟就好大)。魚香茄子貝果 ($108)貝果口感比較煙韌,茄子幾好食,唔會煮到好淋,雖然茄子嘅表面見到少量紅辣椒皮,但一D都唔辣,底下嗰塊包鋪咗純素芝士同紫菜絲,整體味道好夾。四重芝士楓糖薄餅 ($128)呢款pizza唔太推薦,餅底好厚,加埋表面嘅芝士感覺比較飽滯,我覺得餅底整成薄批會更好食。加上楓糖漿可以中和芝士嘅鹹味。

紅白腰豆羽衣甘藍貓耳麵 ($118)
原本對呢款麵冇咩期望,點知食落超好食,好有驚喜。入口有香濃嘅椰汁味,貓耳麵即係貓耳形嘅意粉,吸哂醬汁嘅香味,意粉嘅配料有藜麥、紅腰豆、羽衣甘藍等,惟一不足係份量超小 (隻碟就好大)。

魚香茄子貝果 ($108)
貝果口感比較煙韌,茄子幾好食,唔會煮到好淋,雖然茄子嘅表面見到少量紅辣椒皮,但一D都唔辣,底下嗰塊包鋪咗純素芝士同紫菜絲,整體味道好夾。

四重芝士楓糖薄餅 ($128)
