To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友路經樂富，搵左間台式餐廳食-茶木。古早紅燒牛肉拌麵好似成個set咁，有麻辣鴨血加腐皮卷、紅燒牛肉、麻辣拌麵伴半隻糖心蛋。份量好多，我同朋友可一齊食同一份麵，麵質彈牙、食落惹味；而牛肉炆得好林同入味，唔錯！紅燒牛頰肉面啲湯汁同樣香濃入味，同剛才拌麵既牛肉係一樣既，但就湯麵尼，熱辣辣、暖胃啲，正！青蘋果味嘅蜜糖磚塊，新奇有趣，口感清新，顏色都好靚。再配埋一杯脆脆黑糖瀑布珍珠奶茶，已經10分滿足啦，奶茶杯外有少少脆脆，10分好食，一杯奶茶滿足我三個願望。
