To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我幾年沒有寫食評了，一般沒有太大問題或驚喜都不會特意來寫食評。今次遇到非常受氣的一餐，就抽點時間給大家一個提醒。一向平民譚仔米線來越受歡迎，忍不住跟老婆來時一次，結果令我們都不好受。這裏的食物味道可以，盡量也可以，但服務態度超級差！點餐的時候問了簡單的問題，服務員顯得非常不耐煩，態度非常差，根本不想回答任何問題。難道生意好了，就不用顧及食客的感受嗎？！這樣的生意發展能長久嗎？！咁嘅服務態度，真係唔要得！！
