To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日午餐食左幾樣野，其中象拔蚌壽司，放入口即時想吐番出黎，既不彈牙及有怪味，最可怕是我同那位員工講，佢話好多客都話呢隻品種好腥，仲問我係咪冇食開象拔蚌？是不是不接受腥味的食物 ，笑死人，我真係未食過的又淋又腥不新鮮的象拔蚌，個位男員工仲要冇換其他壽司或取消的意思，之後我埋單同另外一個同事講佢先話可以重新換一份⋯⋯⋯我已經説埋單所以沒有換，結果那蝶不新鮮的還是計在單上⋯⋯
