To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已有有51年歴史既金華冰廳, 個staff仲要好自豪咁同我地講個年歴, 成日lunch經過都見到大排長龍就諗住試下, 點知換黎一個失望😥 叫左幾個午餐, 價錢都係$50左右, 唔算貴, 不過樣樣都唔夠熱, 呢個都幾大鑊 😐 其實味道係正常既, 同事叫左個豬扒米, 好明顯塊豬扒係攔凍左就咁放入個湯度, 好彩個湯都算熱, 塊豬扒先至暖。 仲有個海南咖喱飯, 呢個味道幾好, 少少椰香, 不過唔明海南二字有咩特別 🤣 冰廳呢啲服務唔會要求太多, 正常就可以, 始終食野都係講味道, 都係個句, 啲野唔夠熱!
