To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物唔算太熱

號稱香港第一粥店o既，的確好整理。同店名有d唔襯。(通想d名咁亮o既食肆都係走超廉價，而且衛生情況好恐怖o個種)。坐低叫左碗鯪魚球粥，同炒麵。鯪魚球好滑，炒麵都ok啦。但係..........兩樣食物都唔係太熱...驟忌。服務還可以啦。但係『第一粥店』個名號要得人認同，佢應該仲有一路漫長路要走。

鯪魚球好滑，炒麵都ok啦。
