To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬鞍山到午飯時間要搵到有位坐的餐廳係非常之難，剛經過見到呢間丼丼屋有位就立刻入去，地方算好乾淨及夠光，見餐牌尚算多嘢食但魚生種類不算多灸燒海鮮丼，三文魚係厚切每件都用火鎗燒過食落好好味有火燒薰香味道，蟹子份量適中，能夠每一口飯都帶有蟹子，至於蝦刺身長度都有五寸好甜好味，另外加錢28蚊叫了炸魷魚小食，即炸的好香口滑蛋豬排丼份量足夠一個大人食，滑蛋夠多，但豬排肉質比較硬及乾身，跟餐有麵豉湯紫薯及jelly小食叫小丸子好味夠脆夠熱
